European Master in Renewable Energy

Full-time: 1.5 year Language: English

Do you want to make a difference in realising energy transition from a technological perspective? This master focuses on the technical understanding and implementation of renewable energy techniques.

You gain specific expertise in one of the main renewable energy techniques (such as wind or ocean energy) or their integration into the energy system. The programme has a clear international focus, not only because of the international student mix, but also because you follow the programme at different locations in Europe.

The European Master in Renewable Energy is a research university Master’s programme (WO-master) and not a professional master (HBO-master). The Master’s programme is an initiative proposed and developed by the association of European Renewable Energy Research Centres (EUREC) and a consortium of Universities. Hanze University of Applied Sciences became a member of the EUREC consortium and started this Master’s programme in September 2012.
